Tube expander is designed to expand the tubing in a heat exchange coil, so tubes and fins can be closely fitted together. Shrinkless expander is an innovation design by OMS machinery. It applies U shape locks to fix the two ends of copper tubes before expanding operation. In this way, tube shrinkage is made 2.5% to 3% lower compared with traditional expanders.
